Tonight is the fall sports preview and Battler Community Potluck starting with the football scrimmage at 5:30pm at the practice field, following by XC at 6:00PM. Meal served at 6:30PM in the picnic shelter south of the big baseball diamond. Please see the app for more information.

A 9th Grade Orientation will happen at 7 p.m. immediately after Open House Thursday, August 14th in the Commons. Incoming 9th graders should plan to attend with a parent(s).

Join us for the 2nd year of Paint a Tile Fundraiser to support the Elementary Student Council! This was such a fun event last year and the kids absolutely love all the artwork being displayed in the hallway! A sign up sheet will be located in the front office and payment can be left with the secretary or collected the afternoon of the 27th. Senior Clare Cordell and Junior Izzy Mikkelsen attended the Humanity Launch Student Leadership Academy in Sioux Falls. The girls had a great time networking and building servant leadership skills with students from across SD! The girls are pictured with Gregg and Kim, the founders of The Humanity Launch. We look forward to their return to GHS for another assembly with our 6-12 grade students in September!
