Our staff joined the Manor and Haven residents for crafting and socializing this afternoon. They made stuffed animals together and even included a special wish! This activity was done in memory of Don Kramer, father of Julie Williams, using funds donated from the Kramer family memorial. Our hearts are full ❤️.

We had an AWESOME day celebrating our elementary kids who raised $250 or more online for the American Heart Association through the Kids Heart Challenge. We went to Pierre for some cosmic bowling, Burger King to eat, and then played at the Blunt City Park on our way home. So proud of these kids and all our elementary kids for raising $11,189.43 for the AHA!

Good afternoon patrons of the Gettysburg School District, Last night, the Hoven School Board voted unanimously to dissolve the Potter County Co-Op, starting next year. Our Board offered to continue the Co-Op, but with all games and practices in Gettysburg. The other option was to leave the Co-Op agreement as is, if the Hoven Board was willing to explore the idea of consolidating, with the idea of keeping schools in both communities open. I encourage everyone to attend the board meeting this coming Wednesday night in the new gym at 6:30 for a better understanding of what started this conversation, how we got to this point, and provide input what our next steps should be. Thank you, -Mrs. Amber Mikkelsen, Superintendent
