Join us today from 9-10:30 to see the 3rd grade animal reports, 4th grade wax museum, 5th grade science fair, and middle school showcase in the commons and new gym. We'll gather in the old gym at 10:30 to celebrate Mrs. Saltsman, SD Region 5 Teacher of the Year!
FRED AND MARY MAAS FOUNDATION PROVIDES FINE ARTS GRANT - The Maas Foundation recently awarded a $5,000 grant to the community of Gettysburg to offset costs for youth that wish to attend any type of Fine Arts Camp over the summer! The goal is to increase youth participation in the fine arts - band, chorus, theatre, oral interp. Students who attend a camp will have half the cost of their camp registration reimbursed. REMINDER! The Potter County Sports Banquet is this Friday, May 10th in Gettysburg! Meal will start at 6:00 pm and the awards night will follow at 7:00 pm(sponsored by the PC Booster Club) Guest Speaker: Tim Weidenbach with Higher Power Sports!
The Black Hills Playhouse of South Dakota has camps for youth going into grades 5-12th grade. Grades 5-8th is July 17-13. Grades 8-12 is July 14-20. 8th Graders can come to either! The school had them come last fall for the production of "On the Road to Bremen Town"
Financial assistance is available from the Black Hills Playhouse if needed.
